ANAHATA

There is a beautiful place in our body
where the energy of the heart, the energy of Love, pulses and vibrates.

It is enough to “enter” it for everything to change…

If for some reason this energy is not flowing in harmony, we go through many “difficult” feelings and situations, which show us what we need to look after and where to go…

Anahata, the centre of Love,
the centre of connection,
the meeting of the spiritual realm and the world of matter.

The central point of the energy’s journey.

That is where unconditional Love appears,
sensitivity,
gratitude,
compassion,
forgiveness…

This light and its colour bring instant comfort, quiet, relaxation and bliss.

It drifts like emerald clouds across the sky…
