SAHASRARA

“The crown chakra is the last chakra; here our journey has shown us new horizons, and our awareness has widened to include spiritual perspectives.

Thanks to this we can live more fully, more joyfully and more healthily.

From this level it is also much easier for us to reprogramme negative patterns of thought and behaviour.

The crown chakra sits at the very top of the head.

It is the place that allows us to be reborn, and that moves us to keep seeking new experiences and to attune ourselves to higher states of consciousness.

At this level of development we go beyond the intellect and reach the power of passion in experiencing and understanding reality. When the Kundalini energy has awakened all the chakras one by one and reached the highest, the royal one, we attain a state of ecstasy, supreme bliss and wonder.”
