PORTAE PRAESENTIAE
Gates of presence
Beyond time
Where does time begin, and where does it end?
Past, present and future are the way we try to hold something we cannot keep.
And yet there is something that does not pass away.
Presence.
God is not confined to what has been, nor to what is yet to come.
He IS.
In every breath.
In every moment.
In light and in darkness.
So perhaps we do not pass through the gates of time.
Perhaps we pass through a time that is always immersed in eternal Presence.
